We are seeking a skilled Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team at Maple Ave Family Dental. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Explain treatment plans to patients, address their concerns, and answer any questions they may have.
- Assist patients in prioritizing their treatment and establishing a plan for scheduling and payment.
- Communicate with outside and third-party financing companies to educate patients on available financing options.
- Track patient accounts receivable and outstanding balances to ensure timely payment.
- Perform general office duties and other tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a dental practice.
- Proficiency in Eaglesoft software.
