About the Job

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced nurse to take on a leadership role and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care. As a Nurse Administrator, you will be responsible for organizing and administering individualized nursing care to patients, working closely with medical staff to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing nursing care as directed by medical staff and in accordance with the policies and procedures of Steele Memorial Medical Center - Clinic
  • Maintaining the standards of nursing care as established
  • Participating in Quality Improvement activities and initiatives
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Medical Assistant certification or Licensed Practical Nurse degree
  • 6-12 months previous nursing experience in a clinic environment (preferred)
Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:

  • Estimated annual salary: $60,000 - $80,000 depending on experience
