About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Home Health Aide to join our team at Vinfen. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in providing daily routine or episodic daily nursing aide care to individuals with complex health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist individuals with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and provide support with personal care and hygiene.
  • Administer medication under the Medication Administration Plan (MAP) guidelines.
  • Assist individuals to become more integrated into their communities and promote independence.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Provide education and training to individuals on skills and techniques to overcome barriers and increase quality of life.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Current C.N.A. certificate or H.H.A. Certificate valid in Massachusetts.
  • Strong time management and writing skills.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and have a current, valid, US driver's license for at least one year.
  • Must be able to become CPR, First Aid certified within 2 weeks of employment and MAP certified within 90 days of employment.
  • Must be able to successfully pass a CORI, reference, national fingerprinting, CNA or HHA certification and driving record check.
