Nighttime Pastry Specialist

Overview:

As a Nighttime Pastry Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our bakery operations, ensuring that our customers enjoy the freshest baked goods every day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare a variety of fresh breads and pastries during the overnight shift.
  • Adhere to company standards for quality and presentation in all baked items.
  • Collaborate effectively with management and team members to maintain a smooth workflow.
  • Exemplify the core values and culture of our brand in daily tasks.
  • Work independently with minimal oversight while maintaining productivity.
  • Assist with additional tasks such as inventory management, preparation, and cleanliness of the workspace.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a baking role or relevant bakery experience is preferred.
  • Availability to work overnight shifts (10 p.m. to 8 a.m., hours may vary).
  • Experience in a fast-paced baking environment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
