Key Responsibilities:- Provide supervisory support to care team members, ensuring that they are equipped to provide high-quality care and services to residents.
- Support care team members in providing Activities of Daily Living (ADL) care and services, including bathing, grooming, and personal care.
- Encourage resident participation in life enrichment programming and ADLs, promoting a sense of community and engagement.
- Assist with meal service in the dining room, ensuring that residents receive a positive dining experience.
- Accurately document care and services provided to residents, reviewing care manager documentation throughout the shift.
- Ensure compliance with Sunrise's Timekeeping and Meal/Rest Period policies, monitoring team member break schedules and durations.
- Display flexibility in work schedule, working holidays, evenings, weekends, and additional shifts as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; certifications may be required in certain states.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively with care team members, community managers, residents, and family members.
- Previous experience working with seniors and a desire to serve and care for seniors.
- Leadership competencies, including the ability to delegate assignments and make decisions in the best interest of residents.
