Your role will encompass addressing resident questions, facilitating bookings for various amenities, and delivering tailored support. Furthermore, you will handle incoming communications, welcome guests, and act as a reliable source of information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Directs and screens incoming calls efficiently.
  • Welcomes and assists visitors and residents with inquiries.
  • Manages incoming correspondence and provides administrative support.
  • Responds to urgent calls and ensures the safety of the premises.
  • Processes service requests and oversees inventory of office supplies.
  • Addresses resident emergencies as required.
  • Performs additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications & Experience

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems.
  • Prior experience in concierge or hospitality roles is preferred.
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong customer service skills.

Working Conditions / Physical Requirements

  • Occasionally lifts objects weighing up to 20 pounds.
  • Requires periods of sitting, standing, and bending during work hours.
  • Engages frequently with residents, visitors, and family members.
  • Experiences regular interruptions in workflow.
