Hospice Nurse Specialist

This is a nursing position that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in accordance with State and Federal regulations.

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year (dependent on experience)
Job Description:
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide comprehensive care to patients in need of hospice services. This includes assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in hospice nursing or related field
- Strong knowledge of State and Federal regulations governing hospice care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
