Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including creating care plans, administering medications, and reviewing care options with physicians and other staff.
- Collaborate with medical staff and residents to ensure the best possible outcomes.
- Deliver high-quality treatments and care to each resident, while also educating them and their families about best care options.
- Ensure accurate documentation of medical interventions and histories.
- Train and supervise nurses and support staff, while also ensuring compliance with nursing standards and facility policies.
- Graduation from an approved nursing program.
- Post-acute care or in-patient hospital experience (at least 4 months).
- Competitive hourly pay rate of $36 to $120.
- Choice of shift types (day/night, weekday/weekends, per diem, etc.) and facilities.
- Get paid weekly or daily.
- Eligibility for health, vision, and dental benefits (for qualifying family members).
- Hazard pay and bonus pay for travel, overtime, and holidays.
