Program Compliance Evaluator

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Evaluate afterschool initiatives for school-aged children to ensure adherence to Prime Time standards utilizing the PBC-PQA assessment tool.
- Generate detailed reports electronically based on observational findings, applying insights gained from QIS training and scoring appropriately.
- Deliver assessment reports to the assessment manager within ten business days following the final observation at the program site.
- Provide a monthly invoice reflecting the total amount due by the end of each month, including all completed assignments electronically.
- Submit a visit validation form quarterly to the assessment manager during the quarterly meetings.
- Communicate any scheduling changes to the assessment manager and respond to requests for clarifications regarding reports as necessary.
General Responsibilities:
- Attend the initial quarterly Quality Advisor/Assessor meeting at the start of the new school year and any subsequent quarterly meetings if possible.
- Upon receiving and reviewing the program schedule, reach out to the organization to confirm the visit one business day prior to or on the day of the observation. After confirming dates and times, email this information to the assessment manager.
- Leave a message with a program staff member if the director is unavailable.
- Notify the QIS assessment manager immediately if unable to conduct an observation or inform them of any changes, noting that you may be redirected to another organization at that time.
- Participate in annual reliability training and achieve a score of 75 percent or higher through a field observation with Prime Time's assessment manager or designated representative.
- Attend the Palm Beach County Public School Emergency Code System response and training workshop.
Leadership:
- Actively contribute to achieving the Prime Time shared vision for out-of-school time programs.
- Take personal responsibility to exemplify behaviors aligned with Prime Time organizational values.
Client Relations:
- Represent Prime Time positively, creating a good impression with OST staff upon arrival and throughout the visit to foster a safe and welcoming environment.
- Respect and appreciate the diversity of others, interacting with honesty and respect.
- Maintain a friendly demeanor at all times.
- Arrive 15 minutes early to meet with the director or site contact for introductions on the day of the visit and inform them of the number of observations to be conducted. If returning for a second day, confirm the schedule for the following day before leaving.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Capability to recognize and respond appropriately in sensitive situations.
- Proficient in preparing and maintaining accurate electronic records and reports.
- Experience in report writing.
Position Requirements:
- Duties are performed off-site in an afterschool environment.
- Must have regular access to transportation to visit programs and conduct assessments throughout Palm Beach County.
Minimum Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree in human services, health, or a related field, complemented by at least five years of professional experience in programming or program development within human services or education, preferably in an elementary or middle school afterschool setting.
- Proficient in computer use and possess excellent writing skills.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings.
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Experience working with diverse populations.
- Strong analytical skills for assessment and evaluation.
- Willingness to travel throughout Palm Beach County.
- Ability to work under pressure while organizing and planning effectively.
- High level of interpersonal skills preferred.
- Occasional bending, reaching, and stretching required.
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
- Capacity to endure observations of outdoor activities.
