Job Summary

Hebrew SeniorLife, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Neurostimulation Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administering transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) and transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) treatments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer TMS and tDCS treatments according to specific physician protocols, ensuring patient comfort and treatment accuracy.
  • Set up and monitor TMS and tDCS medical devices, troubleshooting and resolving issues as needed.
  • Administer psychiatric and neuropsychological rating scales to assess patient progress.
  • Support the Patient Care Coordinator/Office team as needed, performing various administrative tasks and patient care duties.
  • Document patient information and treatment outcomes in electronic medical records, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, clinicians, and colleagues, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
Requirements
  • Successful completion of TMS Certification (training and certification provided during initial period of employment).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, with experience working in a medical office or with geriatric patients a plus.
  • Ability to learn new tasks efficiently, with strong organizational and time management skills.
