CNC Machinist

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team at Spark Talent Inc. This is a direct hire opportunity for a CNC Machinist with experience in operating CNC Machines, both Mill and Lathes.

• Perform advanced setup operations, including checking out programming and making edits as needed.
• Operate CNC Machines to perform complex series of machining operations on a diverse line of work.
• Check parts to ensure they meet client specifications, using your own measuring devices.
• Ability to run more than one machine at a time, working on FPT & Mazak machines.
• Machining a variety of different materials, including those used in industries such as Aviation, Mining, Defense, Rail, Shipbuilding, Heavy Equipment, Gas & Oil, and Machine Building.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• An associates degree in Machine Tool is highly preferred.
• Specific evidence of supervisory training.
• 2-5 years of experience in a related position, preferably in a Job Shop or Prototype environment.
• Proficiency reading and working from blueprints, sketches, and written specifications.
• Proficiency of GD&T.
• Mastercam experience.
