Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at our Mosaic District location. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious espresso beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities

• Crafting high-quality espresso beverages, including lattes, cappuccinos, and macchiatos
• Providing exceptional customer service, including greeting customers, taking orders, and handling cash transactions
• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including the coffee bar, seating area, and restrooms
• Working effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a related role
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
