We are seeking a skilled Assembly Specialist to join our team at Sound Seal. As an Assembly Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the fabrication of parts is completed correctly and meets engineering specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble ceiling tiles and other components according to order specifications
  • Punch and assemble RIM floors, bond material, and dip KIP products
  • Operate panel saw, mold uncured fiberglass, and run various other equipment
  • Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently

Requirements:

  • No previous experience required on the equipment or material used
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and bill of materials
  • Excellent attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Physical ability to perform frequent standing, walking, lifting, bending, reaching, grabbing, pulling, carrying, and twisting

Working Conditions:

  • Dusty environment that is not climate-controlled
  • May work around high temperature molding machines
  • Involves working with fiberglass insulation
