Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Sweet Treats Artist to join our bakery team This role involves creating beautiful and delicious cakes, cupcakes, and other sweet treats that delight our customers.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Promptly review work schedules, check equipment, and prepare for duties at the start of each shift.
• Mix frosting, color frosting, make cones, load cones, frost cakes, and decorate cakes with colored frosting.
• Take orders, complete orders, and store them in the bakery cooler.
• Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, tools, equipment, display cases, floors, and counters.
• Track and record loss.
• Demonstrate proper food safety and sanitation work habits.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Have valid identification.
• Be able to read, write, and communicate effectively to complete job duties and comply with company policies and safety regulations.
• Complete the 60-day introductory period.
• Meet ergonomic and physical requirements, as well as physical base scores for this position.
• Use or learn to use equipment and tools used to perform this job.
• Perform all job functions safely.
• Meet company performance standards for the job, including regular attendance.
• Agree to wear assigned clothes and shoes approved for this job.
• 1 year of work experience or technical training preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Shift hours: minimum 4-hour shifts or more depending on business needs.
• Job cycles: continual max.
• Lift/carry: 50 lbs.
• Stand: 55%, sit: 0%, walk: 45%.
• Category IV: lifting, carrying, P/P up to 50 lbs.
• Max pull static: 20 lbs.

Salary and Benefits

Our estimated salary range for this role is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, based on location and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
