Job Summary: The Freeman School District is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Track Coach to lead the 6th-12th Grade Boys and Girls Track Program.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive track program that aligns with the district's educational goals and objectives

• Recruit, train, and supervise track team members, including assistant coaches and volunteers

• Plan and execute track meets, tournaments, and other events

• Collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive athletic program

• Develop and maintain relationships with parents, students, and community members to promote the track program and the district

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. education, sports management, exercise science)

• Valid coaching certification and experience working with middle school and high school students

• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups

• Ability to develop and implement a comprehensive track program that aligns with the district's educational goals and objectives
