Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our Inpatient Brain Injury team at Brooks Rehabilitation Hospital. As a key member of our rehabilitation team, you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive new patient evaluations to establish customized treatment plans and patient goals.
  • Develop and implement patient care programs that promote evidence-based practice and patient engagement.
  • Deliver high-quality patient care for multiple rehabilitation diagnoses, including brain injury.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Promote a positive patient experience through progressive treatment and patient engagement.
Qualifications
  • Current PT license in the state of Florida.
  • Current hands-on CPR/BLS certification.
  • Experience preferred, but new graduates will be considered.
  • Knowledge of federal and state professional requirements.
Work Environment

Our Inpatient Brain Injury unit is a dynamic and supportive environment that fosters collaboration and teamwork. As a Physical Therapist on our team, you will work Monday through Friday with one weekend day per month.
