  • Record Keeping & Reporting:
    • Meticulously document evaluation outcomes, inspections, and any quality-related observations.
    • Compile comprehensive reports on findings, including any deviations from standards, and communicate these to relevant parties.
    • Maintain thorough records of all quality assurance activities, ensuring compliance with both internal and external audit standards.
  • Inspection & Standards Compliance:
    • Examine incoming raw materials (e.g., aggregates, cement) to confirm they meet established quality benchmarks.
    • Oversee the manufacturing process to ensure alignment with defined quality standards and specifications.
    • Guarantee that all products conform to applicable industry standards (e.g., ASTM, AASHTO) and client specifications.
  • Issue Resolution & Enhancement:
    • Detect potential quality concerns during production and collaborate with the production team to implement corrective measures.
    • Assist in the formulation and execution of quality assurance processes and protocols.
    • Engage in continuous improvement efforts to elevate product quality and operational efficiency.
  • Safety & Regulatory Compliance:
    • Comply with all organizational safety policies and protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
    • Ensure that quality assurance practices adhere to relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Teamwork & Communication:
    • Collaborate closely with production supervisors, engineers, and other team members to address quality-related challenges.
