Key Responsibilities:

As a Dishware Specialist at Red Lobster, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas. This includes cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. You will also be responsible for safely and correctly operating the dishwasher and other equipment, as well as emptying all trash in the kitchen and other areas.

Supporting the Team:
As a member of the kitchen team, you will work closely with the cooks to prepare food and maintain a clean and safe environment. This includes supporting with prep work, preparation of Signature Cheddar Bay biscuits, and other tasks as needed.
