Key Responsibilities- Prepare and set up the bar for daily operations.
- Efficiently manage guest orders and ensure timely delivery of beverages.
- Handle various payment methods accurately.
- Assist with cleaning and sanitizing tasks as required.
- Maintain professional and courteous relationships with colleagues.
- Exhibit meticulous attention to detail in all tasks.
- A minimum of 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume environment.
- Familiarity with diverse drink preparation techniques.
- Ability to foster strong working relationships with team members.
- Flexible availability for evening shifts.
- Willingness to take direction and execute reasonable requests from management.
- Capability to stand for extended periods (8-10 hours).
Compensation includes an hourly rate at the San Francisco minimum plus tips. Eligible employees will have access to company-sponsored medical, dental, and vision benefits, as well as a matching 401(k) plan.
