Cleanroom Technician Role in a Global Insourcing Solution

We are seeking a 1st Shift Cleanroom Technician to join our team at Eurofins Lancaster Laboratories Professional Scientific Services (PSS). As a key member of our insourcing solution, you will be placed at our client's site, dedicated to running and managing laboratory services.

As a 1st Shift Cleanroom Technician, your primary responsibility will be to maintain and sterilize the laboratories, equipment, warehouse, and offices. You will ensure that all laboratories and equipment are clean, disinfected, and ready for production and testing of sterile medical products.

The ideal candidate for this role should have experience performing custodial or sanitization in a medical, laboratory, or a clean room environment. They should also possess good communication skills and be able to stand for up to 8 hours/day in a physically active role.

The salary range for this position is approximately $38,000-$42,000 annually, with excellent full-time benefits including comprehensive medical coverage, dental, and vision options. Additionally, you will receive life and disability insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation and holidays, and an opportunity for annual bonus.

To be eligible for this role, you must have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, and be a reliable and hardworking team player. You should also be able to use Microsoft computer applications for communication, emails, and training, and pass a full physical including a respiratory certification, with annual monitoring, as well as a drug test to work in a manufacturing environment.
