Job Summary

We are seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and treatment plans to our patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations to identify patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Provide hands-on physical therapy treatments to patients, including exercises, stretches, and modalities
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Document patient progress and treatment plans in a timely and accurate manner
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., Doctorate, MA, or MS in Physical Therapy recognized by the APTA
  • Current license and/or registration as a Physical Therapist in-state
