Responsibilities- Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care, maintaining professional accountability for the provision of care for assigned patients.
- Evaluate the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct caregivers, ensuring that patients receive the highest level of care.
- Coordinate patient care in conjunction with other departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Perform duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.
- Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
- Current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed, meeting all state board of nursing requirements.
- Ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Prolonged standing and walking each shift.
- Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.
