The Provider Auditor is responsible for conducting financial analysis, desk reviews, and field audits to ensure proper reimbursement for healthcare providers under the Medicare programs. This role requires a high level of professionalism and expertise in Medicare rules and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with Medicare policies and procedures
  • Review and analyze financial data to identify areas of non-compliance
  • Develop and implement corrective action plans to address audit findings
  • Prepare and submit reports on audit results
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance
  • 3 years of Medicare auditing experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Medicare rules and regulations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Working Conditions

This is an office-based position that requires prolonged sitting and telephone use. The ability to read, hear, speak, and problem-solve is essential.
