Labor and Delivery RN Night Shift

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Maternity Services team at Baylor Scott & White Health. As a Labor and Delivery RN, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care and support to patients and their families.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to enhance patient care.
- Provide education and support to patients, families, and staff to promote health and wellness.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current and valid nursing license.
- 1 year of experience as a Labor and Delivery RN.
- BLS certification or obtain within 30 days of hire.
