We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Showroom Concierge at Brilliant Earth. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a premium showroom experience, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

• Customer Service: Proactively greet, check-in, and assist customers, creating a memorable and personalized experience that reflects our luxury brand and product quality.
• Brand Ambassador: Act as a brand ambassador, communicating our brand values and company mission of creating a more sustainable, transparent, and compassionate jewelry industry.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including our latest collections and features.
• Showroom Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment, including executing new product merchandising guidelines.
• Customer Feedback: Review customer feedback surveys and online reviews, working with your leaders to continuously improve the customer experience.
• Communication: Skillfully communicate with customers, colleagues, and leaders to ensure seamless interactions and resolve any issues that may arise.
