Aerospace Engineer Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Flight Director, responsible for leading the operational success of the Kuiper mission.
This is a unique opportunity to work on a groundbreaking project that aims to provide low-latency, high-speed broadband connectivity to underserved communities around the world.
Key Responsibilities- Own and execute the overall operational success of the Kuiper mission
- Develop concepts of operation for missions and experiments
- Lead launch and early operations
- Drive automation efforts with scalability in mind
- BS degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline
- 3+ years of experience in the Aerospace industry
- Strong technical understanding of space system architecture and subsystem functionality
Includes a competitive salary, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation. The base pay for this position ranges from $116,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $201,200/year in our highest geographic market.
