  • Become certified in Fresh Cuts Production to enhance your skills and knowledge in this area.
  • Maintain a Clean and Safe working environment by adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Follow all PPE and Safety Guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
  • Follow all Food Safety and Cleaning Expectations to maintain a high level of food safety and quality.
  • Follow Guest Experience Guidelines to provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • May be assigned tasks in other departments based on customer experience needs.

Requirements:

  • Some Retail experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Some Computer Skills are necessary for tasks such as inventory management and customer transactions.
  • Basic mathematic skills are required for tasks such as calculating inventory and managing cash transactions.
  • Able to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential for providing a positive shopping experience.

Physical Requirements:

  • May be required to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and may be required to bend, stoop, twist, and turn frequently.
  • Exposure to outside weather conditions may be required.
