As a key member of our Behavioral Health Services team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive psychiatric care to children and adolescents in our state-of-the-art inpatient psychiatric unit.
Key Responsibilities- Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to children and adolescents with a range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, and trauma.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct research and participate in quality improvement initiatives to advance the field of child and adolescent psychiatry.
- Teach and mentor medical students and residents through our affiliation with Oregon Health and Science University.
- Participate in the development and implementation of clinical guidelines and policies to ensure high-quality care.
