Pedodontics Dental Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pedodontics Dental Assistant to join our dynamic team at Great Expressions Dental Centers. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our experienced dental team in delivering top-notch oral health services.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist dentists in providing patient care, preparing treatment rooms, and ensuring a clean and organized environment.
  • Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and post-treatment care.
  • Support dentists during procedures, anticipating their needs and ensuring smooth workflow.
  • Perform basic dental procedures under the guidance of a licensed dentist.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain patient records accurately.
Requirements:
  • Previous dental assisting experience or relevant education is preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, compassionate demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in dental software and technology is a plus.
