**About Salvation Army Tucson**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Donation Attendant to join our team at the GEARY STREET STORE San Francisco. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our donation center, ensuring a positive experience for our donors and customers.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Maintain and clean up the area in and around the Donation trailer/pod at the beginning and end of each shift
  • Assist donors in the receipt of donated items and provide a courteous and professional experience
  • Separate and sort donated materials into the proper containers and stack them as instructed by the Supervisor
  • Assist TSA PA/Drivers with loading donations onto trucks as necessary
  • Inform the supervisor of needed items prior to running out
  • Secure and lock the Donation trailer/pod at the end of each shift

**Requirements**

  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • Ability to communicate effectively with fellow employees and donors
  • Ability to read and write and to understand and follow both written and verbal instructions

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • 1 year of experience in a warehouse or customer service role
