Position Overview

At St. Luke's Health System, our committed team of Registered Nurses plays a vital role in delivering outstanding, patient-focused care. We are currently seeking a Part-Time (0.5 FTE) RN to support our Pediatric Neurosurgery/Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation unit.

This clinic frequently cares for infants to young adults facing a range of congenital or acquired conditions that impact their functional abilities, particularly concerning physical limitations and often cognitive challenges. Conditions treated include cerebral palsy, spina bifida, muscular dystrophy, brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, cancer, and pain management.

Key Responsibilities:

The RN will be responsible for patient rooming, taking vital signs, managing prescription refills, handling prior authorizations, ordering supplies, making procedure-related phone calls, assisting with in-office procedures, and triaging referrals. This practice has a high volume of procedures, including Botox, Dysport, and Baclofen pump management.

Work Schedule: 3 variable days per week, with no weekend or holiday shifts.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Nursing Degree required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a relevant nursing role.
  • Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice AND Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an accredited organization.
