Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Healthcare Specialist to contribute to our esteemed clinic.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver thorough outpatient pediatric primary care services
  • Perform routine well-child examinations, urgent care, and follow-up consultations
  • Oversee and provide guidance to mid-level pediatric healthcare providers
  • Opportunity to engage in pediatric inpatient hospital rounds at affiliated facilities
  • Involve in quality improvement initiatives as directed by the Medical Director
Qualifications:
  • Medical degree from an accredited institution
  • Completion of a three-year residency in pediatrics
  • Valid and unrestricted medical license from the appropriate regulatory body
  • Board eligible or board certified preferred
  • Current DEA registration for medication prescription
  • Active BLS certification
  • Bilingual in medical Spanish is advantageous
  • Experience in treating patients aged 0-18 years
  • Prior experience in underserved populations is highly valued
  • Familiarity with Electronic Health Records, particularly EPIC, is preferred
  • Willingness to learn EPIC Electronic Health Records software if necessary
  • Flexibility to accommodate occasional evening or Saturday shifts
