  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for home visits within the designated service area.
  • CPR certification and other relevant certifications may be required, depending on state regulations and organizational policies.
  • Commitment to professional growth, continuing education, and adherence to ethical standards of conduct in occupational therapy practice.
