As an IT Project Oversight Manager at HNTB, you will be responsible for managing project resources, budgets, scope, and quality. You will coordinate with different departments and stakeholders, troubleshoot technical issues, and report on project progress and results.
Your key responsibilities will include establishing and implementing project management processes and strategies, analyzing project requirements, developing work schedules, milestones, and deliverables, delegating tasks, and monitoring team performance.
You will work closely with teams to identify and escalate risk and change management issues, and provide technical guidance and support as needed. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and 7 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and 6 years of relevant experience, or 11 years of relevant experience in lieu of education.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Ability to prepare and present technical reports, project documentation, and proposals to clients and stakeholders
- Ability to manage technology management programs and applications, including maintenance planning, lifecycle management, and performance assessments
