Position Overview:
We are looking for a committed and empathetic Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) to become a vital member of our healthcare team.

The APN will deliver primary and specialized medical services to individuals across all age groups, with an emphasis on preventive care, as well as the diagnosis and management of both acute and chronic health issues.

The ideal candidate will possess outstanding clinical expertise, a robust philosophy of patient care, and the capability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough physical assessments, gather comprehensive medical histories, and assess patients' overall health conditions.
2. Diagnose and treat acute and chronic health issues, infections, and injuries.
3. Create and execute personalized treatment strategies based on patient evaluations and evidence-based methodologies.
4. Collaborate with physicians, specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
5. Maintain precise and current patient documentation utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
- Valid Oregon state license as an Advanced Practice Nurse
