About the Role

Fusion Dynamics is seeking a highly skilled IT Client Infrastructure Expert to join our team. As an IT Client Infrastructure Expert, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality IT services and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the MECM infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement scalable and efficient strategies for software and patch distribution.
  • Create customized operating system images for specific scenarios.
  • Develop and analyze reports in collaboration with the project team and incorporate customer requirements.
  • Create customized group policies for complex requirements and continuously review them.
Requirements
  • Degree in computer science or a comparable qualification.
  • Extensive experience with MECM infrastructures.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of integrating security solutions at the client level.
  • Knowledge of IT service management processes (ITIL) is a plus.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
