Job Opportunity at Center for Orthopedic and Research Excel

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team at Center for Orthopedic and Research Excel. As a diagnostic imaging specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality imaging services to our patients.

Job Summary:

  • Perform MRI imaging procedures on patients, adhering to accepted standards of practice and protocols.
  • Complete patient screening forms and explain procedures to patients.
  • Maintain technical competency through ongoing education and training.
  • Administer contrast agents according to site-specific protocols.
  • Collaborate with healthcare personnel and comply with facility policies and procedures.
  • Ensure accurate and timely image delivery to the facility.
  • Perform equipment quality checks and troubleshoot issues.
  • Assist with equipment setup and teardown, as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

  • Radiographer certification (ARRT) required.
  • Minimum two years' experience as an MRI Technologist.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
  • Strong understanding of diagnostic radiographic procedures and principles.
  • Ability to lift and position patients for MRI procedures.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
