About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Early Childhood Development Therapist to join our team at Soar Autism Center. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, evidence-based therapy services to young children with autism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans in collaboration with our multidisciplinary team of experts, including Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists.

  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 within a clinic setting, utilizing naturalistic therapeutic techniques.

  • Collaborate closely with the child's healthcare team to ensure consistent and high-quality care delivery.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working with children, preferably in a professional capacity.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Proficiency in computer and tablet usage.

  • Reliable transportation and punctuality are crucial, along with the ability to meet the physical demands of the job.

  • Preference given to college graduates or individuals pursuing higher education.
