Job Summary
We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality care to our residents. As an LPN, you will work closely with our Director of Nursing and Nurse Managers to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents. Your responsibilities will include administering medication, performing injections, and assisting with procedures and documentation. You will also be responsible for monitoring residents' vitals and providing support and direction to our nursing assistants.
Responsibilities
- Administer medication and perform injections as prescribed by physicians
- Assist with procedures and documentation, ensuring accurate and timely completion
- Monitor residents' vitals and report any changes or concerns to the nursing team
- Provide support and direction to nursing assistants, ensuring seamless care delivery
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Requirements
- Current LPN licensure in the state of employment
- 1+ year of experience in a skilled nursing setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
