Position Overview:
We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Business Operations Analyst to contribute to our initiatives.

This role involves supporting the execution and oversight of change requests and enhancements to our Global Warranty Management System (GWM).

Additionally, you will be tasked with ensuring system sustainability, managing data within SAP, and addressing IT support tickets.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, automotive industry knowledge, and the capability to manage multiple projects independently.


Key Responsibilities:

System Oversight:
Assist in managing the execution of change requests and enhancements to the GWM system.

  • Sustainability: Guarantee the ongoing sustainability of the GWM system.
  • Data Management: Oversee data integrity and maintenance within SAP.
  • IT Support: Initiate, monitor, and escalate IT tickets to resolve issues or implement enhancements.
  • Project Responsibilities: Undertake additional related tasks and assignments as necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

Automotive Expertise:
Familiarity with automotive systems, dealership operations, and field service processes.

  • Experience: Prior experience in automotive or field service operations is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with SAP is a plus.

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities.
  • Project Management: Ability to set and maintain project goals, timelines, metrics, and budgets.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to evaluate contracts, cost proposals, and track project expenditures.
