Morada Senior Living is seeking a skilled Concierge to join our team. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents and guests.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Answering telephone calls and responding to messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Taking complete messages with pertinent information and communicating messages to the intended recipient.
• Greeting residents and visitors in a warm and welcoming manner.
• Organizing and distributing mail and packages.
• Maintaining resident forms and records.
• Keeping the desk and entry area neat and organized.

**Requirements:**

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
