We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our team at Lowe's. As a key member of our store team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive their orders in a timely and accurate manner.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and process customer orders for delivery or pickup, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Inspect and verify merchandise for quality and condition, making any necessary adjustments or corrections.
- Load and unload merchandise from delivery trucks, using proper lifting and moving techniques to prevent injury.
- Assist customers with loading and unloading merchandise, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve store goals and objectives, including meeting sales targets and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction).
- 6 months of experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
- 6 months experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
- Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.
- 6 months retail experience.
- 6 months of experience in a customer service or product fulfillment position at a home improvement or hardware retailer in related department (e.g., kitchen, plumbing, electrical, lawn and garden).
- 6 months experience in any industry inspecting, carrying, loading, and unloading product or material in or out of vehicles.
