About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and guest-focused Cafe Attendant to join our team at Bear Creek. As a key member of our Mountain Eatery Cafe team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take and Relay Food and Beverage Orders: Accurately take and relay food and beverage orders to our kitchen team, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Check on Guest Satisfaction: Regularly check on guest satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Report Guest Concerns: Report any guest concerns to a supervisor and strive to resolve issues immediately.
  • Provide Food and Beverage Product Knowledge: Offer expert knowledge of our food and beverage products to guests, ensuring they make informed choices.
  • Use Proper Serving Techniques: Utilize proper serving techniques to ensure efficient and safe service delivery.
  • Cleanliness and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Replenish Supplies: Replenish foodstuffs and supplies in a timely manner to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Perform Simple Food Preparation: Assist with simple food preparation tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Guest Service Experience: Previous guest service experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Food and Beverage Experience: Experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred, but not required.
  • Availability: Availability to work during peak operating times, including weekends, holidays, and special events.
