We are seeking an Electromechanical Assembler to join our Assembly Group on Instron's Production Floor. This role involves performing a variety of repetitive operations to assemble products or sub-assemblies, using various common hand tools and power assisted assembly tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble products or sub-assemblies according to written instructions and methods.">
  • Operate common hand tools and power assisted assembly tools as needed.">
  • Record work tasks and order completion using computers.">
  • Aid in troubleshooting issues with Engineering, and engage with Purchasing and Quality as needed for part issues or non-conformities.">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum 1-2 years of assembly experience, a positive attitude focused on attention to detail, and the ability to lift 40 lbs while focusing on safety.
