Position Overview

We are seeking skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Specialists to join our team for the upcoming school year. This is a full-time position with opportunities to make a significant impact in the lives of young learners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify students' needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to support students' progress.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings, utilizing evidence-based practices.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to student development.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of student progress and treatment plans, adhering to state and federal regulations.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of school-wide strategies for speech and language support, promoting a culture of inclusivity and accessibility.
Qualifications
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid Texas state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Strong diagnostic and therapeutic skills, with a focus on evidence-based practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
