Position Overview
Elderwood at North Creek is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to enhance the quality of life for our residents. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional speech and language therapy services.

Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations to identify communication challenges and formulate tailored therapy plans.
- Perform audiometric screenings and refer residents for additional audiology services as needed.
- Implement speech-language therapy in accordance with physician directives and maintain regular communication with healthcare providers.
- Document progress, maintain treatment records, and participate in interdisciplinary care planning.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to staff training initiatives.
Qualifications:
- M.A. or M.S. Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Preferred: Clinical Competence Certification from the American Speech and Hearing Association.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
