Electrical Systems Technician

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Systems Technician to join our team in Olympia, WA. As an essential member of our manufacturing facility, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems.

Main Responsibilities:- Troubleshoot and repair electrical/electronic systems within our high-speed metal packaging manufacturing facility.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal electrical codes.
- Document equipment maintenance, operation, and safety precautions.
- Install and maintain new and existing electrical wiring while working safely at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized electrical shop and job sites, adhering to appropriate safety procedures.
- High school graduate with electrical troubleshooting experience in a manufacturing environment or applicable education.
- Working knowledge of PLCs, sensors, controls, and computer technology.
- Ability to read, interpret, and create electrical diagrams.
- A thorough understanding of the NEC and general electrical safety.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills and ability to function well with other people.
- Working knowledge of single and three-phase systems up to 480 volts.
- Solid understanding of systematic troubleshooting.
