Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Journeyman Electrician to join our team at Guardian Energy Management Solutions. As a Journeyman Electrician, you will be responsible for performing electrical work in commercial, industrial, and government facilities.

The ideal candidate will have experience with building automation systems, variable frequency drives, premium lighting fixtures, and lighting controls. You will also be responsible for general commercial and industrial power wiring work.



Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical work in commercial, industrial, and government facilities

• Install building automation systems, variable frequency drives, premium lighting fixtures, and lighting controls

• Perform general commercial and industrial power wiring work

• Work on projects that vary in location, but the majority are within an hour's drive from our office and warehouse in Marlborough

Requirements:

A valid Massachusetts Journeyman electrician's license is required. You must also have the ability to mentor and manage an apprentice, familiarization with mechanical/HVAC equipment, and experience installing temperature sensors, damper actuators, wiring relays, motor starters, terminating controllers. Conduit bending skills and knowledge of electrical code as pertains to conduit installation are also required.

All applicants must be in good physical condition and be able to lift 75lbs, climb ladders and stairs. A clean criminal background for the last 7 years and a driver's license with transportation are also necessary.
