About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Associate Attorney to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our environmental law practice, you will work closely with our clients to provide expert advice on environmental regulations and policies.

Responsibilities
  • Provide legal advice on environmental regulations and policies to clients
  • Assist in the development and implementation of environmental compliance programs
  • Conduct research and analysis on environmental laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement environmental policies
  • Represent clients in environmental litigation and negotiations
Requirements
  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in environmental law, real estate, engineering, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and policies, particularly those related to real estate and engineering
  • Experience working with or within governmental agencies
  • Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and drafting skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Membership in good standing with a State Bar
