Customer Service Representative

At Indiana Farm Bureau, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Offer sales and marketing support to agents
  • Assist with office operations, including scheduling appointments and quoting insurance
  • Determine the best method to resolve problems and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate problem resolution with appropriate departments
  • Build strong customer relationships and deliver solutions

Requirements for Success:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to obtain Property and Casualty insurance license within first 2 years
  • Insurance and/or claims background helpful
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
